Chameleon Club – Music in the Heart of Lancaster

The Chameleon Club has been around for over 23 years. In those years, thousands of bands and performance artists have passed through its doors hoping to get a glimpse of music fame.

This local club, after a recent renovation, boasts over 10,000 sf of space that includes bars, stages and a dj lounge. I have had the opportunity to visit the club since their renovations. While it is not a large venue in comparison to some of the other performance theaters in the Central Pennsylvania area, it gives audience members a chance to see the the bands they love up close.

Along with a variety of music that ranges anywhere from metal to country, this local club also offers their “Lizard Lounge”. In house DJ T-Minus showcases an eclectic mix of music every Friday night. The lounge offers a smoking, and a non-smoking side to accommodate patrons.

The Chameleon Club is located directly in the heart of Downtown Lancaster, and within stumbling distance to many great restaurants, bars, and other entertainment. They join in on the famous “First Friday” events in Downtown Lancaster on the first Friday of every month by offering a special DJ jam in their Lizard Lounge.

The club is located in downtown Lancaster parallel to Prince Street between Walnut and Chestnut streets. Parking is ample, as their is a parking garage directly across from the venue.

The Chameleon Club is dedicated to bringing new talent to the forefront of the music community. They are always looking for new music to perform. If you are a talented musician or band, feel free to mail your press kit to:
